We stayed for a week in a larger comfort suite. The plus points were ; good sized living space with separate good-sized bedroom and wet room with power shower. Great seaview from our large sized balcony. The negative points : we had to wait till our fourth day to receive clean towels and room cleansing although we spoke to reception on a daily basis, no WiFi for the duration of our stay, our TV had a problem, so it was resolved with a modem which remedied the Internet issue while we were in our room. Leak in bathroom reported but no-one came to fix. Our breakfast was served daily in the foyer with no refrigeration for the cheese, meat, yoghurt etc. Coffee shop/café not open. No private beach, simply an area of the public beach roped off on the penultimate day of our holiday, but no sun loungers on beach. The air conditioning was solely in the livingroom and was really poor, none in the bedroom. On our last day, the restaurant opened on the top floor, too many staff not really knowing what to do and no cold meat or cheese provided, only bread, pastries, boiled eggs, melon, grapes and chocolate cereal. The staff were casually dressed - they all should wear a uniform or at least have name badges to differentiate them from the guests. Our room was poorly finished, poor grouting at shower, hooks hanging off the wall, picture hooks on wall with no picture, tv aerial socket on wall in bedroom, but no TV. Also no kettle. No snack bar/deli. No room phones. No coffee available in foyer. No BBQs or private picnics or garden. The worst point really was the daily complaints we were forced to make about the lack of cleaning in our room, the staff smiled and said they would get it done, but this didn't happen in reality. Basically what is advertised is not what you receive in fact. This could be an excellent choice if there was better knowledgeable management and staff require training.
