Quality Inn Aiken North

This hotel falls into the top 2 worse places I have ever stayed in 73 years but before describing what was experienced. I would like to note that the young lady works at the front desk was absolutely a delight, and she did everything in her limited power to make our stay pleasant. Upon getting to our room. The first thing we noticed was the room was swarming with hundreds of juice flies on everything. Further inspection we found the floor filthy (note a towel we ran across the floor just in one small area of the room), a toilet that was rocking off its base, tub drain that wouldn't work, though it had great water pressure, bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain, towels to accommodate only one person and an entry door that was poorly sealed on 3 sides, allowing major light and insects access to room from the outside. It was quite apparent Ownership believed a simple coat of paint would coverup a world of property damage and wear&tear neglected for years. The outdoor pool was padlock shut, though it was posted as hours of operations. Once we gained access to the pool. We opted to skip a swim after finding it in severe need of either painting or a good cleaning due to brown color of the bottom and sides. Not sure how the word Quality can be used to describe this Quality Inn.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day, maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. I truly appreciated the fresh towels and well-stocked toiletries, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The high standard of cleanliness was truly impressive.

Great hospitality! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, demonstrating genuine care and attentiveness. They even helped us arrange tours and transportation, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Their assistance was invaluable, greatly enhancing our overall experience.

The beds were like sleeping on clouds! I had the best sleep in a long time, thanks to the incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows. The room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed night's rest. The air conditioning was perfect, maintaining a comfortable temperature, and the pillows were just right, providing optimal support. Will definitely return.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the warm welcome at check-in to the smooth check-out process, everything was seamless and efficient. The staff was attentive and responsive, addressing any needs promptly. The room was incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I had a wonderful experience.
