BED BUG ALERT - ROOM 312 I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the only consistent positive has been Rob at the front desk. He’s the one person who understands what good customer service looks like. Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end. In the past when I’ve had complaints and the general manager showed no urgency or accountability. He never comes out of the back office to address the issue or apologize, which has been a pattern every time there’s been a problem. Housekeeping is consistently subpar. Rooms often appear unvacuumed, and basic requests left at the front desk are usually ignored. When you follow up, the response is indifferent at best more “shrug” than solution. I’m sharing this because I would want to know before booking. Proceed with caution. This last stay was unacceptable… Room 312 the same room I always stay in had bed bugs.

While I was getting ready check in behind another guest I Recognized that the assistant manager came out to help one of the employees I'm guessing the girl was a new hire and she made a mistake well I noticed how rude and irritated the assistant manager seemed to be towards the girl and I find it unacceptable that. A manager would act this way towards her employees 🙄 I left and came back later to check in. Also I was experiencing hot water issues in my room even let it run for a hour . This is not the kind of team work that should be going on in any hotel, I do believe I heard the girl call her mrs.diane or something not one hundred percent sure , but the way she came off on the girl was rude and way to harsh when the girl was clearly new and trying her best. How ever I have stayed there multiple times before but I will not be any more until things are fixed around there , with management and the hot water as well .

Close to my Mom's home, so convenient. No availability of 2 Queen bedrooms so had to share bed eith my sister.
