It was a very nice residence. Good price/quality. Nice and sunny pool with enough space for everyone. The little house had a nice terrace and had everything you need. In case something is not in the house like a hair dryer, you can just ask the reception for one. Nice and friendly staf. We checked-in and out on a moment when no one was at the front desk but this was not a problem. We could reach someone through a number very easily.

The service all in all was not good. The receptionist was unfriendly and as we entered the apartments the first time (we rented 3) the hygiene level was very low. Dirt everywhere, they had to come and clean again and even after that we cleaned again ourselfs and were able to clean a lot of dust, mostly the kitchen sink was not clean at all. The bedsheets had to be removed because of red stains. The apartments are very dark, not much light coming through. The pool was overwhelmed with kids screaming, any time it was open. They write that you need to rent or bring your bathtowels. Never did they say or declare that there are no kitchen towels or anything to wash your dishes. We had to buy kitchen towels, floorcloth and sponges, dishwashing liquids and stuff. We were not satisfied with the apartments.

Arrivée facile en voiture, la résidence se situe a 10 minutes de marche de la citadelle d'Aigues-Mortes. Chambres modernes, tout était très propre. Le personnel nous ayant accueilli était très gentil. Climatisation dans les chambres.

Emplacement suffisamment éloigné du centre d’Aigues Mortes, pour ne pas subir le bruit de la fête ( manèges par exemple) et suffisamment près pour y aller à pied et ne pas utiliser sa voiture pendant le séjour.

Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes, l'emplacement proche du centre ville, la piste cyclable, le logement, la piscine, le calme, et surtout l'amabilité des personnes de l'accueil. MERCI On ne peut que conseiller cette destination
