El hotel no corresponde a las fotos ni a los comentarios positivos, es un hotel feo, en el baño no hay ni dónde poner el rollo, el WC tiraba agua por abajo y se mojaba todo el piso, cuando llegué ni siquiera tenían noticias de mi reservación, si no hubiera habido cuarto disponible nos quedamos sin cuarto, sólo para dormir, las camas no tienen cubre colchón y las sábanas están agujereadas, una gran decepción

No tiene ni lo más básico, la.llave del agua en el baño se cae, se inunda el baño, el colchón de dos pulgadas de ancho hace que te duela la espalda, no hay donde colgar la toalla, ni siquiera un clavo! cancelamos el resto de los días pagados, dijeron que nos iban a reembolsar, y le fueron dando largas y nunca devolvieron el dinero… es un hotel donde cometen arbitrariedades, al turismo y no respetan leyes hoteleras

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Rooms were not what was shown on pictures. Problems with water beds were uncomfortable. We reserved for a few days and for reasons beyond our control had to cancel the remaining days. We were promised a refund but have not received nothing and that's been over a week.
