The service was proactive, and the hotel boasts a superb location. Although the room lacked a window and felt slightly damp, it was clean and tidy. It's just a minute's walk to Gulou H Station, from where the official bus to the Terracotta Army departs. The hotel is also very close to Shuyuanmen and the Muslim Quarter. The local 'Sanbengzi' (motorized rickshaws) in Xi'an are quite fun; I actually preferred riding them over taking a taxi or the subway whenever I went out.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell Tower, with attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter all within about a 10-minute walk. The room was very spacious, offering ample space. The bathroom features a practical wet/dry separation, which was very convenient. The hotel is also just a 2-minute walk from the subway entrance. Every morning, tour buses to the Terracotta Army Museum depart directly from the roadside outside the hotel, which is a huge plus for convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, always proactive in offering assistance. Kudos to them!

The room is very very good, I will order it again next time. I have always stayed in this hotel for 7 times. The location is convenient, and the front desk staff are very professional, gentle and easy to talk to!

Affordable and restful hotel~
Located in a residential complex near the Bell Tower, the hotel is completely non-smoking, the rooms are clean, and the nights are quiet. Enjoying a nice hot shower, I fell into a deep sleep every night during my six-night stay.
All of the front desk service staff was friendly and patient in answering our questions. It was a warm and welcoming experience. I highly recommend！

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel.
11. The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. The front desk reception service is warm and considerate. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes and provided a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

Everything is good. 

They only have one washing machine and heater.  So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. 



Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. 

She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

Service: Passion, gave a photo frame with paper cutting on the table as a gift, before leaving, because it rained, I had to take an umbrella before leaving, but I saw that the rain basically stopped and it was very close to the subway.

The environment is very good, the room is very exquisite, and it is very close to the subway entrance. Contacting customer service was also resolved in a timely manner. There was a short-haired hotel customer service lady who was very nice and helped us adjust the TV at night. Overall it was pretty good.

The location is super convenient, very close to Guanqian Street, making it easy to grab late-night snacks and breakfast. Even though it's on the ground floor, it was surprisingly quiet, and I slept really well. The washing machine and dryer facilities are excellent. As a new hotel, everything feels fresh and new. I asked the front desk for earplugs and a hair tie, and their service was excellent. Oh, and the convenience store right outside has a really tasty drink, haha. Being able to watch Detective Conan for free on the TV was a huge bonus, haha!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel was exceptionally clean, with absolutely no odors from the lobby to the room, and the air was fresh, which was a real plus. The value for money was also excellent; the amenities and service at this price point were truly worth it. The bedding was the biggest surprise: the mattress had the perfect firmness, and the quilt was soft and comfortable. It was incredibly relaxing. After a tiring day on a business trip, I just slept right in, and the sleep was excellent. The front desk was also very friendly and responsive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Had a wonderful stay. The location is superb! Our family, with both seniors and young children, found it incredibly convenient to visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Lion Grove Garden from Meishu Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for dining and shopping. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; they helped us with our luggage and even upgraded our room type. The room was very comfortable, and the latex mattress was incredibly comfortable!

The hotel is in a great location, located on the pedestrian street. There are many places to eat and shop around. The Drum Tower is across the pedestrian street. The transportation is convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The service attitude is also very good. [Happy]
