Very poor experience to stay here, below are sumary: western toilet hand jet not working, no hand wash in bathroom, no cloth hanger hook, no warm water facility even in winter, room window not closing completely, bathroom ventilation glass broken and its open.

One of the worst experience, unhygienic room, bathroom lock was not working, tv was not working, bedsheet was dirty. I asked for another bedsheet however they have not provided. It’s not same what shows in the image and rooms are not cleaned and water taps are not working properly

We reached late in night at hotel and no one was available at reception to guide us and also basic need like bucket and mug was not available in washroom.
