IN ORDER TO WRITE A REVIEW I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR, WHEN THIS HOTEL STAFF IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MINUS STAR. THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE. SEEMS LIKE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER KNOWN ANYTHING ABOUT HOSPITALITY HAVE OPENED THE HOTEL. HOW CAN YOU TRUST A HOTEL AND A PLACE TO STAY WHEN THEY BALANTLY LIE ABOUT TO THEIR GUESTS AND KEEP THEM STRANDED. JUST BELOW MY REVIEW, THERE'S ONE MORE REVIEW OF ANOTHER GUESTS WHO SEEMS TO HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SAME AS I WENT. THEY FORGET THAT THE COLDPLAY CONCERT WILL ONLY LAST FOR TWO DAYS AND THEY HAVE TO RUN THE HOTEL FOR LONG. I FEEL BAD FOR THE OWNERS THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RUNNING THE HOTEL TO SUCH UNEDUCATED MANAGEMENT. IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO LOOT THE MONEY FROM THE GUESTS, ATLEAST YOU COULD HAVE INCREASED THE PRICES BEFOREHAND, WHEN PEOPLE WITH LITTLE BRAINS USE *********** THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS. I DEFINITELY KNOW THIS WONT KEEP THE HOTEL STANDING FOR LONG. BE AWARE AND DONT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL
