Hotel Kamran Palace

Please book other hotels ! They will be a lot of other good hotels around this areas with hotel price . 1. Rooms facilities was very old and bad condition. As pictures below showing the rooms socket which appointed to me was damaged and cannot be use . 2. Reception staff was totally untrained and no experience how to handle with foreigner customers. And the staff totally unhelpful and very rude ! During check in he hold my passport almost a day due to don’t know how to fill in their system. When I asking him to return my passport, he ask to get out if I want to get back passport immediately. After checked in successfully, anything I asked him, he also said don’t have ! don’t know to me ! 3. Hotel doesn’t provide compliment mineral waters and towels in room . Even it mentioned available in booking details !

Neat and hygienic rooms

Rooms are not clean and bad smell. No ventilation also. It’s terrible place to stay and i suggest to avoid.

It was a very good experience! no doubt you can go for it. For family it’s very comfortable to stay as they don’t allow unmarried couple

Hotel was good according to their price but room condition is average, staff behaviour is polite and hotel situated in main market.
