The hotel has denied the room, saying that my booking is cancelled and a refund is given to MMT. since then trying to connect with MMT but am unable to connect through IVR.

It was a good experience with all the things , The location was too good. Near the main market of ahmedabad. The food was also good and the overall service was satisfied

The location is in a very good area and all the staff from reception to room boys are very helpful in their service. However the facilities have become old but still very clean with quiet rooms. The beds and mattresses are also comfortable. The restaurant is spacious and though the choice is limited serves tasty food. However on the first day the fridge was replaced as it made big noise and there were problems with wifi and electrical switches. On the 2nd night the central ac, though being kept on cool, switched off automatically at 02. 00 am and did not start so called reception but it could not offer any solution and could not sleep there after. I brought the matter up again next morning and my room was changed as i had another 3 nights booking coming up. However no compensation in terms of food voucher or complimentary dinner was offered like a regular hotel chain. Any way i still recommend the hotel considering all other positive factors.

they also don't provide water for free and even AC was not working properly. neither coffee sachet were provided in room nor any tea bags

Excellent service, decent ambience and the staff was very hospitable. The food was also very satisfactory. The taxi services were provided efficiently. Will definitely visit again.
