Good location in the centre of the city. The food was tasty and overall service was excellent. Room is vety spacious.

I have stayed here a couple of times but honestly didn't review the hotel. So little free tonight so I.....it was a business trip, solo. The experience was good. Pros: 1 . Seamless check-in 2. Room size and AC 3. Dining experience Con: 1. Old room 2. Room amenities I must mention my dining experience. I had breakfast and dinner only. The staff are attentive and kind. They take personal care of your needs. They are polite and always on the toe. There was a girl, Suman I believe but not sure, the hostess or GRE, very efficient and attractive. And a bunch of bong employees in the restaurant. They are smart, cute, attentive and generous.

I left my dl at the reception. It was very nice of them to take my request over phone and couriered me to mumbai. At their cost. Appreciate acknowledgement of concern and hospitality

Location : good and accessible. Room: small, curtains were torn in places. The rooms are a bit old. Comfy bed though. Food : good quality and quantity in keeping with itc brand.

The worst experience i had in this hotel. There is no safety and security. While sleeping at 2am in night hotel staff entered the room. I suddenly woke up and they said they entered by mistake and serving fruits in the night. Who are serving fruits in the night. Really something fishy. 2nd when i checked in there was used bedsheets and they changed when i asked to changed. I recommend to avoid staying in this hotel.
