I don’t know what check in process they follow but never had I the experience in India of taking a photo of me in order to register me. I found it very strange and questioned it very much. But they insist on it.
The service was not impolite or rude but also not friendly at the checkin counter.
The room is ok.
There was music all day and night in the hallway which was audible all night. Quite annoying.

The hotel is accessible and the staff is friendly. The reception Piya assist me with my check in and she did a great job. In the restaurant Lolita is super friendly assisting my needs during my breakfast. I definitely come back again. Room are clean and staff is polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.

very bad service and not at all trained people at front desk. they keep doing lots of mess. only restaurant people are comparatively okay. if you really need peace then don't select this hotel.

Hotel location and service was very good, pleasent staff, good restaurant in the Hotel, the staff in the restaurant was very kind, especially Jenniffer who was very helpful in the service. Overall a very good experience , rooms are good and also breakfast is good.

The comfort of the hotel, personal attention of staff made it feel like “HOME AWAY FROM HOME”. We stayed here twice - once we landed in Ahmedabad from USA and now in our return leg if the trip. Food was excellent, great spread and it tasted much better as staff served it with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel specially thanks to piya ,Koyel,sarita all teams
