Average not value for money, wi fi was slow and one has to pay extra for buying good wifi service. The fridge was not functioning. Not a good experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. The staff was extremely helpful, and I sincerely appreciate the assistance of Ms. Suman and Ms. Sumaiya for facilitating an early check-in. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made my experience smooth and comfortable. The hotel offers clean rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff at the reception (night shift,forgot her name) was very understanding and she knew her job well when asked about the shortcomings in the room provided,not only did she provide immediate resolution but also made sure it doesn't get repeated. The staff at the restaurant were very polite and courteous. Catered to the needs of the guests accordingly. The senior members of the staff were very supportive in handling the situation regarding a privilege card coz even when they didn't have complete knowledge regarding it,they still honored the same. The only biggest and only shortcoming was the upkeep of the rooms,otherwise it would have got all 5stars for hospitality, food,good staff and efficient seniors.

Food was awesome & Kaushik Biswas & Atul Kumar fed us well . I would love to visit again & spent quality time here. Room should have been a little bigger. Overall it was a pleasant stay & really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Rooms are neat & clean..

The ambience is good. Food was good. But some unwanted noise in area. Atul & kaushik were good staff.... front staff was also nice. Sitting arrangement nice. Some plumbing work needs to be done in room no 406. Rest overall good hotel to stay...
