The hotel needs to check all it's plug outlets ,I had to request a room change. Otherwise my stay was good

Good hotel in budget. We had booked around 15 rooms for a family function, Mr sanjit, manager at kanak made sure my guests had a comfortable stay. Less options for breakfast, but manageable. Only issue was the restaurant operating at kanak had particular timings.

The hotel is a standard facility if you are looking for a place to sleep , management is great but the F&B is very much below average, I was disappointed with the breakfast and the F&B staff are not trained at all. It would be best to order an off the menu item for breakfast. Apart from the few bathroom amenities and no hot water or hot water kettle it's a reasonable place.

Had amazing stay here, decent staff and best service! Rooms were clean, food was good. Thankyou Kanak Beacon! We had a business trip for 13 days. Got a comfortable stay. Also, I thought I have misplaced my IDs in the hotel, the staff was kiad enough to help me out there.

Nice Hotel, Nice staff. food was good. Aditya at front office is good and help person. Rajkumar in Housekeeping is good person. Hotel is clean and nice. All staff is helpful. I will prefer this hotel to other friends and family. Thank you verymuch.

I just visited Kanak Beacon Hotel 3 days before, I must say the previous manager Mr. Rakesh Kumar was extremely helpfull and co-operative, I always feels like my second home to come and stay there, but this time dont know why but unfortunately I got a very bad experience, and also heard from other staffs that Mr. Rakesh Kumar has left the hotel. Personally I must say that he deserves all the kudos to maintain the needs and requirements of guests, as I seen him the way he handle every guests was extremely great to watch, even an angry person will gets norms with talking to him. This time I faced many problems while my stay, like the behaviour of staffs was worthless, the management was not very good, HK was good, but the management was not at all good compare to when Mr. Rakesh was there. Receptionist won't bother to listen anything once I get checked in. All over bad experience.

Awesome hotel.Stay was good.Rooms were really comfortable.Vaishali is such a wonderful lady,Gabar& Brijesh in restaurant were really hospitable.In reception Mr.Aditya helped a lot.Great staff.All the best.Really had an great experience.....
