This hotel was quite well placed with a tea room and a variety of shops nearby. We found our room small and cluttered with unnecessary tables and a huge padded chair and stool which we immediately moved to corner out of the way. The bathroom was very small. There was no outlook, just very close building next door so we kept curtains closed. We found entryway very dark but I suppose it kept cool. The dining room which led off reception was also very dark, however the food was good and the staff very nice and friendly, especially the girls on reception who were so nice.

The room was a bit too small and congested for my liking. The easy chair was not at all comfortable. The mirror was placed at a corner, most inconvenient. The service staff in general were quite helpful. With some improvements, this place can be really attractive particularly because of the location.

Location was very good and hotel was also neat and clean we stay of 5 days breakfast was very good and all the staff of fnb was very polite and always smiling face at restaurant ayan and bishal was very helping and good guidance i enjoyed very much

i recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. the room was in poor condition, with wallpaper peeling off the walls, and the overall appearance felt neglected. the tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and the corners of the room were dusty, giving the impression that the hotel hasn’t been maintained in years. it’s clear the owners are not paying attention to upkeep, which was a stark contrast to the hotel’s condition when i visited 8 years ago. the food was another letdown—terrible quality and tasteless. it’s really unfortunate, as this hotel used to offer a better experience. it’s no longer worth the price or the stay, and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay.
