The stay was very convenient for my visit. I would recommend this hotel for people who come for work. It is a good budget friendly hotel.

When i reached at hotel, hotel told room having technical issue & we will arrange you in other property, they arranged in other property not equivalent. This is not good, i asked them why you not informed me in advance, they told mmt not shared customer number & we informed to mmt, this is very poor handling by mmt.

Our stay at the hotel has been top notch..Food was also excellent 👍. The room provided was also squeaky clean. The view from our hotel room at 5 th floor was also excellent.. Loved the overall experience 😊...Can totally recommend it to others

Had a subpar experience at the urbane. Service is very poor, asked for cutlery and received it much after i had finished dinner. Their shower wasn’t working, had to request it to be fixed. They also gave me a very noisy floor, i couldn’t sleep at all. Really bad experience overall, wouldn’t recommend. Location and overall property is good and has potential, just isn’t maintained well and there is no focus on customer service.

"I recently visited this hotel with my students for a school trip, and I must commend the staff for going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure everything ran smoothly for our students and was a tremendous help throughout the trip. We sincerely appreciate his support and concern.
