I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from October 19 to 20, 2024, in rooms 104 and 505. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into room 505, we found the blanket to be in an unacceptable condition, appearing messy and with stains that were quite concerning. Additionally, the washbasin was not clean, which was disappointing and not what we expected from your establishment. Moreover, the quality of the food served during our stay did not meet our expectations. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of money due to these issues. To compound our dissatisfaction, the attitude of the reception staff and hotel manager was inappropriate and unhelpful. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, which only added to our frustration. I hope you take this feedback constructively and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

This Hotel doesn’t deserve one star manager is pathetic don't have any idea how to talk with the visitors…they create mess while check inn food if you paid ***** with booking its compulsory to go ground floor for food every time it’s pathetic policy.

It was a very pleasant stay at el dorado. Their hospitality and hygiene is appreciable. I particularly liked the varieties in their breakfast as well as dinner.

The property was amazing! it is located right in the city center, and they offer all the amenities. With clean and sanitized rooms and a very hospitable staff, this hotel provides everything you require for a comfortable stay, and the best part about this hotel is their delicious food, they have a lot of different cuisines with great taste!

Room are odd. They look big in the photos but are con-gusted in reality. Do not opt for gold. I came to know that silver is better but still i doubt they are any good as well
