I’m surprised this hotel has been rated as a Traveller’s Choice, as it is in desperate need of renovation. I stayed in a Gold Room, which was incredibly small and outdated. The wallpaper was peeling, curtain pins were broken, and there was no balcony—far from what one would expect in this category. The bathroom was also outdated and not properly cleaned. The hotel lobby had a persistent foul smell, and the corridor carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Another issue was the payment process—if you choose to pay by card, they charge an additional 2%, which seems unfair. Overall, this hotel does not meet 4-star standards and is more in line with a 2-star property. If you're looking for a luxury stay, I would not recommend it.

I am a regular traveler to Ahmedabad and more often prefer to stay at El- Dorado because of the premium feel the hotel provides but this travel i was disappointed as I could see pillows dirty, unhygienic room there was a food stain on Buttons which was not even cleaned for 3 nights stays inspite of mention to have room cleaned Ac wasn't cooling enough which was not even addressed as atmosphere being cold in city i could able to survive. Though there are many good points for which I would still preferred to stay again as food spread is excellent, rooms are spacious.

I liked the room decor and the staff was really helpful and kind. The food was also tasty and the location was the best part about our stay. It was kind of in a centre of everything where we went. The construction should end soon.... And the reception person Rohit was very helpful, he even suggested us some nice places to travel and other important informations.

My experience was way better than expected. Hotel is situated at right place with good connectivity and moderate rush. Food is amazing and delicious with many options. Restaurant team is really good and their hospitality is top notch. They have branding on every item they provide to their customers. Toiletries are from Bioteque brand. I have two observations. First their motto is welcoming strangers, but reception need some enthusiasm while welcoming customers and helping them. Second room found bit smaller and no arrangement for wardrobe. House keeping needs to improvise, to provide adequate towels and napkins depending on number of travellers staying.

Friendly staff, good food and great location. A bit of space constraints and interior issues but all these things can be ignored by their good service. Hotel is close by many tourist attractions and even metro. Kids liked the food especially breakfast.
