Lemon Tree Premier “The Atrium” Ahmedabad

I had work at Old Ahmedabad, so picked this hotel, and this is fairly the best hotel in the price. They upgraded my room, which was really surprising. The view from my room was really good, I can see the river front from my room, and it was walking distance from the hotel. The buffet in dinner was really great, they had good non veg options, and the menu keeps changing. The staff was really helpful, and the breakfast was also good enough, they had all the possible options you will get in any hotel. The only restaurant in this hotel had good options for food, and it was decently prices. Parking is also good here. They had a good underground swimming pool, which I did not try , but it looked good.

We're here for a tourism and we liked the hotel very much specially Mr. Kamlesh, he can't say anything but he can explain everything by expression. And all the team members are very good. Rinki, supriya, abhishek and siraj are also very good at service. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for one night but really liked the place. Nice staff and good breakfast. The Check in staff Kamlesh was very helpful. Thank you Lemon Tree for giving him an opportunity to prove that he is not anything less than Ms Rinki and Ms Supriya, who are also very cheerful and hekpful. Me Abhishek & Mr Nasbul in the Coffee Shop were also very polite and served us while we had our breakfast. Location of this hotel is also a plus point.

Given how expensive this hotel is, I was most disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, my family and I were all unwell during our stay (not ideal), however, given the expense of the hotel, we were grateful to be in such 'comfortable' surroundings. The interior of the building looks excellent, and the cleaning staff were helpful. Reception experience was painfully slow. The room service was also very slow. We waited over an hour on more than one occasion for a drink for example. In the morning, I went down myself to order some toast to the room. It was almost ready, and the lady said 'don't worry, I will bring it up'. I waited another 45 minutes, went back downstairs and the lady told me 'whoops, I gave it to someone else, sorry'. We had a flight to catch. I had been down personally, twice to get toast to my room. In a luxury hotel, I was shocked at this service. I went to get ice cream from their freezer, it was totally melted. I showed this to the restaurant manager. My dad went to use the swimming pool, it was so cold, he couldn't stay for 5 minutes. I asked to speak to management on departure and was told no one was available. What surprises me, is that in our whole stay in india, this was the most expensive hotel by about 2/3 times in price, and basic service was lacking. I asked for any soda, they only had pepsi. No lemonade or anything else. In my eyes, that is quite basic. The housekeeping staff were very good and I don't want to take away from that. But the phone in the rooms hardly worked, and on multiple occasions, things e.g. towels were delivered to the wrong room number. It seems odd to have a phone system which doesn't work when that is how people need to communicate their needs.

Soumya at the front desk was extremely supportive and went above and beyond to assist us. From the moment we approached him with our concerns, he greeted us warmly and handled everything with great professionalism and efficiency. He patiently listened to all our queries, ensured that each one was addressed promptly, and provided clear solutions without any delay. His calm and friendly attitude made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. It was truly refreshing to meet someone so dedicated to helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
