We stayed at the Cama on the Sabarmati riverfront, Amdavad for a night earlier this week. The reception and dining areas of the hotel have a comfortable feel to them while the spacious garden offers a nice retreat which makes one feel far far away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. Talking of the old city, the Cama is an ideal location from which to explore the popular sights! Another convenience is that the international airport is only about 30 min away. We had the river facing room which offered good views over towards the western part of the city across the river. The room was comfortable though the furnishings were a bit jaded and in need of a refresh. The dining room and breakfast were a disappointment. While the options on offer were reasonable, the prevalence of stained tablecloths was off putting. That said, the staff were caring and courteous..

As you step into the hotel you can feel the great hospitality that awaits you. The hotel is a trip down memory lane where hotels were grand, open and Luxurious. There is warmth in the staff's attitude, Grandeur in the architecture and food for every palette. The rooms are large, breakfast spread is good and overall service makes you Happy. These kind of long withstanding hotels will be a reminder for others of what hospitality was and should be.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite reporting the issue, the shower was not repaired during my stay, which was inconvenient. The breakfast options were minimal and the quality was not up to standard. Additionally, the bedding quality was poor, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Considering the higher price point compared to other options in Ahmedabad like Hyatt, Lemon Tree, and ITC, I expected much better service and amenities. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We had a comfortable stay. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They’ll welcome you with good vibes. Swimming pool is also amazing to have a dip in. They have all the facilities. They provide cleanliness and service at your doorstep. Rooms are bog and spacious

Everything was fine but there management of alloting rooms is poor. Already reached at the check-in time but they make us wait for another 45-50 mins to give the room. Rest all services were good. Staff behaviour was polite. Location was perfect which is at almost middle of the city.
