Hotel location is perfect with river front just 5 minutes walk. Flower park and new atal bridge are just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Sabarmati ashram is also 4-5 km. Breakfast was very good, staff is also helping, hygiene was good. But i had executive room which was small. Overall a budget hotel recommend for stay.

Rooms were very dirty, sheets were not cleaned. There was no water bottle kept in the room, when asked they charged me 30rs. Mineral water bottle was included in pckg still didn't provide. The most unpleasant stay i ever had. A big no no for this hotel

The room was very small. Poor hygiene. Had to ask for basic toiletries. No complimentary water bottle. Wall cock and power points were not working. Housekeeping staff behaviour was not up to the mark. The reception team was not very welcoming. The only good part of the hotel was their breakfast. The menu was small but the taste was good.

It's not a 3 star hotel. It's a minus 5 star hotel. Had horrible experience. I think you should refund complete money. Also give the same charges (hard earned money) to us for staying in this hotel. What else i can tell. You understand by seeing the pictures and video

The hotel was below the expectations. The room provided had broken bath fixtures missing tap heads. The room was changed after complaint but the tap in the bathroom kept running even after closing. The room was too small as per the rate of about rs. 3800- per day. Though the staff was courteous but the room was not worth the value. It is suggested that the managers in the hotel should invariably inspect each & every room personally so that everything is set in order before welcoming the guests in the hotel.
