I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. I found a cockroach in my room, and when I reported it to the hotel staff, their initial response was dismissive, saying, "Maybe this might happen in the room." When I requested to speak to the manager, there was no response, and no one followed up on my complaint afterward. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and showed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This level of service is unacceptable, and I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a horrible experience at Hotel G express. I arrived at 10 pm after a long journey and in spite of being first to arrive at the desk and handover our id, the manager at the reception desk chose to expedite the second group because it was a a larger group. So we were only able to get to our room at 1030. This is unacceptable that guests are not treated in order of arrival. No respect for a queue anywhere in the country, no doubt we are a third world country. Next shocker was in the room, when we saw multiple small cockroaches roaming around. Wonder what hygiene will be there in their kitchen.

This is by far the bestrestaurant in the town. Pankaj and the chef Tanmay are the best servers. Keep it up!! We are very regular to tgs and Mrs mage we saw pankaj downstairs as well we love the ambiance and service they provided we will definitely going suggest to our friends and family

Our stay at Hotel G Express was amazing. Excellent service by entire staff especially by Mr. Varun Chauhan, Mrs. Manjula Makvana and Mr. Suhail Pinjara at the reception who assisted us well and made our stay memorable. Also special thanks to Preeti Pandya from the house keeping team who was cooperative.

Poor hospitality. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! Save your money and don’t book a room here. Staff spoke very rudely and was very unapologetic about it. Also we were charged for having a visitor for 15 mins and we were not informed about the charges when we told them that the visitor will be coming. What kind of a hotel is this?

Had come for dinner with family, food was good & the staff was really very helpful and overall it was a delightful experience. Arjun, Sandeep, Rahul & Prinsha all were really very nice & I would recommened all to visit Taj skyline Ahmedabad if your looking for family outing dinner on weekends.

The stay at the hotel was amazing . Property is well maintained & the service & the staff is very good ! Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting in Ahmedabad! Anchal ,Ajay & Unnati were very humble & they treated us very politely
