Property location is very good, rooms and bathrooms are clean, u will get vehicle easily, as it is in the mall, lots of shopping options, food quality and taste is good.

I was denied access to hotel. I didn't stay in this hotel but money also not refunded yet. I tried to check in to the hotel at 7 july 1. 20 am due to delay in flight but denied by the hotel manager as the booking information was not available with them. I showed makemytrip booking invoice but hotel manager denied to check in. Due to no option left in the mid night we booked to ginger hotel and checked in. Therefore may i request you to kindly refund my booking amount. Thanks. Swap-an sinha

Maple hotel nearby is much better. The cleanliness and hygiene is very very poor. Nearby hotel maple is quite well kept, which is there in the trip mall itself.

The hotel is good, clean but i gave 4 because on the above floor car play is going on till late night lots of disturbance. I hope this is stopped in near future. Then 5 star rating. Anything else?

The lift was not working, and the hotel is at 4th floor. Bed sheet was in pathetic condition. See the condition of bed sheet
