Very pathetic Dinner and No service in restaurant. In this Hotel we have booked 7 rooms with MAP Plan and we were told, there will be buffet breakfast and buffet Dinner. To our surprise in Dinner set menu buffet dinner which we usually get in 2 star highway hotels. Veg manchow soup Aloo gobi Paneer Dal makhani Steam rice Chicken curry Roti naan Gulabjamun Salad Papad Raita Here no live counter , no starter , no another option of soup , only punjabi food , no other cuisine like noodles / baked dish / Italian options. There was no spread / options for desserts, no starter at all. There was only green salad , one plate per a table of five pax, no salad buffet spread , no dressings for salad in buffet dinner. On many requests they served a one portion of starter to be shared between 15 pax group. On table of five pax they give 2 glass of water. You have to ask waiters to provide extra glass of waters. You ask for papad , it will be served after 15-20 mins , once you finish your dinner. Very unprofessional management team and F & B staff. Staff and manager will talk rudely with you , they believe you are visiting first time in a luxury hotel and you have never tried a buffet dinner in your lifetime. They confirmed that , this is their routine and standard menu for buffet dinner. Don’t expect more from this hotel. Avoid food and MAP Plan at this hotel. Buffet spread was in a small trolly , looks very cheap for this level hotel. If they can not manage or give service to 15 pax group , don’t expect much for 1-2 family booking.

Staff is busy at their stuff. No one is there to help in check in and check out for luggage. Lot of training required to hotel staff on soft skill

Stay was good and the property is maintained well. Good breakfast options and nice rooms. Bathroom has hot water availability.

It is very nice hotel and service is good. It can be avail by you all. Location of this hotel is at the heart of Lucknow and can move from here to any other places. Metro station is near by this hotel and can be taken. This hotel is located near Ram Krishna madh and food is good

Very nice hotel, polite and courteous staff, comfortable rooms, good location. Breakfast was quite good. Dinner was nothing to write home about.

Very well maintained hotel with great hospitality by Mr Umesh. The food was extremely tasty and well prepared. Our stay at The Regnant was very comfortable. The rooms were extremely tidy and the washroom was well maintained by the team. The team is very friendly and hospitable

Hotel was stinking at all places and same corridor is used by guest and cook staff which makes it more smelly
