As I travel a lot, I often stay at Hyatt Regency hotels in various cities, including Chicago and New Delhi. I have always had unique and perfect experiences due to the quality of their properties. However, the Hyatt Regency in Lucknow was a major disappointment. The property is poorly maintained, with bad odors everywhere, including the rooms and bathrooms, which were very unhygienic. Additionally, the staff was rude and did not communicate properly with customers, leading to a very bad experience.

Service was horrible all four days the staff was very poor and unprofessional right from breakfast to in rooms. Even the hygiene and condition of room was not worth Would not recommend anyone to stay at hyaat. I have been visiting lucknow for past 15 years and stayed in almost all five stars in city and to me others are far far better as they give value for money rather hyatt.

Housekeeping need to act pro actively. Hotel is in fantastic location staffs were very good. Breakfast was more than less everyday same. Rest everything was good. Travel desk was Very helpful . Food was good location was absolutely nice a good stay
