When booking it was for 3 guests, two adults and a 10 year old child, but when arriving at the hotel it was only for two guests, to go to the pool you have to go outside the hotel and everything is paid separately, for the price that was paid it was to be all inclusive because for 4 stars it was the minimum, in other hotels of the same stars the heated indoor pool is without restrictions

I really like the hotel, super comfortable, nice, clean. The only negative detail is that they ask you to bring a swimming cap to use the pool, I'm not saying it's bad, but who brings a swimming cap when travelling? Otherwise everything is very nice... Everything was great!!! Just to clarify one important thing!!! The pool is paid for!!! They asked us for €15 per hour per person!!! It's the first time that a 4-star hotel has asked for an additional fee to use the pool!!! I've never seen this before!!! They have to think about it and see that it's really bad!!! The rest is excellent!!! Everything was great (the girls at the reception helped us with everything!!! They are super friendly!!! Except for the pool issue!!! Everything is perfect!!! This is my second stay. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. There is a large supermarket nearby. The hotel restaurant is also delicious and not expensive. It has its own parking lot and swimming pool.
