My room was dirty, with old gray bedclothes. The bathroom had strong signs of low maintenance. The shower was irregular, and the temperatures were variable. Inside the shower, the wall and floor were so dirty. The WC was not fixed, etc. The personal at front desk were the only nice thing there.

Toallas viejas y con hoyos, hoyos en la pared (donde debería ir la secadora), enchufes sin corriente, dispensador de jabón en regadera roto, portarrollo de papel roto, hoyos en el piso. Pero lo peor fue que no hay agua, tienes que marcar a Recepción para que salga y la cortan, me quedé 10 mins enjabonado y sin agua. Si tienen la oportunidad de visitar este hotel mejor ahorrensela. Hay muchas alternativas mejor alrededor de este pésimo hotel.

Todo muy bien, a la llegada hubo buen recibimiento, aunque la zona nos es muy bonita, pero a 5 min hay una plaza muy grande y cambia la vista. Y a la entrada a la habitación lo único sucio fue el lavabo de ahí en adelante todo bien camas, almohada regadera, amenidades.

cuando llegamos la señorita de recepción nos cometo que el desayuno era hasta las 11:00am y todos los días lo recogieron a las 10:00 am, incluso habia un horario publicado en el comedor. había Hongos en la regadera, toallas rotas, a pesar de que éramos 3 personas registradas todos los días tuvimos que pedir 1 toalla, oxido en el baño, no había ganchos para colgar ropa, con el frio del lugar no había cobijas.

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, llegamos a las 12 de la noche y no había presión en la regadera, llegaron a revisar y no arreglaron nada , nos dijeron que nos cambiaban de habitación al otro día, cuando solicitamos el cambio no nos quisieron cambiar porque decían que como era el ultimo día no tenia caso. El problema es que tardas mucho tiempo en bañarte. También falta mantenimiento. La gente de mantenimiento se porto muy atenta, el problema fue la señorita de recepción.

No se hospeden en este hotel están muy sucias las habitaciones! la persiana no funcionaba y no tienen idea lo asqueroso que estaba el piso de la ducha tenia una nata de suciedad, las toallas están muy viejas, los muebles llenos de polvo y manchas de comida en las mesitas de noche. Pésimo de verdad!

No respetaron la tarifa que me ofrecieron en la reserva por internet y no me facturaron aún cuando les di mis datos fiscales, misma que necesito para efectos de deducción fiscal. Cuando registré mi salida me aseguraron que me la enviarían por correo y no la recibí.

A la hora del desayuno, empezaron a limpiar, con cloro, lo cual fue inoportuno, por el olor que era muy fuerte, y picaba horrible en la nariz y garganta, nos tuvimos que retirar del comedor, a medio desayuno
