La señora Luz fue muy amable y nos apoyó con el desayuno. Buen opción para pasar una noche y conocer aguas calientes, excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación del tren y plaza central. Cuenta con lo necesario para pasarla bien y disfrutar del lugar.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica en Aguas Calientes. La ducha sale bien caliente, algo difícil de encontrar en los hoteles de Perú en general. En negativo, había muchas hormigas por la habitación y la zona del grifo del baño y el utensilio para colocar cepillos estaban realmente sucios, incluso con roña incrustada tras el grifo. No volveríamos.

Muy amable la Se. Luz, desayuno simple pero completo. Salimos temprano a las 6 y ya estaba el desayuno preparado. Limpio , hotel económico , vista a las montañas, en el centro de la ciudad , fácil de llegar al centro, 5 minutos caminando hacia la estación del tren. El ambiente del Agus Calientes es muy lindo, ir por lo menos 1 día a visitar

Ho soggiornato due notti al Waynapata e mi sono trovata benissimo. La camera era pulita e ben arredata, con letto comodo e una vista spettacolare sulla città. Bagno privato con doccia e acqua calda (fondamentale dopo le varie escursioni!). Yuri é stato davvero gentilissimo, pronto ad aiutarci per la nostra visita a Machu Picchu. Consigliatissimo!

Very bad service. We reserved two rooms Mountain View ahead of time, and once we got there the owner gave us an excuse changing us the rooms… long story short, wasn’t a pleasant experience. And he wanted to charge us more. At the end we took it because was late.

I stayed here one night on my way to Machu Picchu. Decent location booked via *********** and said "room with a view" but there were no windows to outside. Room was a bit small. Staff was friendly but room was a bit dirty. You can purchase water downstairs or at local bodega. I don't think my room rate included breakfast but there is a small table where you check in. All in all, the place was okay. I probably wouldn't stay there again if I went back, would probably avoid Aguas Calientes if possible. They sort of force you through there to purchase Machu Picchu tickets unless you purchase well in advance in Cusco.
