Localização excelente, perto do ponto de ônibus para Machu Picchu e perto dos banhos termais, em uma área um pouco mais tranquila onde se escutava pouco as músicas em alto volume tocadas nos restaurantes. No entorno do hotel, tinha tudo que precisamos: restaurantes, farmácias, lojas de suvenirs, câmbio de dinheiro e mercados. O quarto super limpo com camas muito confortáveis e edredons de qualidade. Nosso quarto tinha vista para o rio e dormimos com o barulho da água, muito relaxante. O chuveiro era muito bom, com bastante água quente e ótima pressão. O café da manhã era maravilhoso, muitíssimo bem servido. A senhora que ficava na sala do café da manhã trazia tudo na nossa mesa, me senti tão cuidada, achei fabuloso! Ela trouxe ovos mexidos e melancia cortadinha, amei demais esse carinho! Além disso, tinha pãezinhos fofinhos, frios, geléia de morango, café, chás, sucos naturais de laranja e de manga. No último dia, deixamos nossas bagagens na recepção para fazer nossa terceira visita à Machu Picchu. Muito boa a nossa estadia nesse hotel.

Hotel localizado na parte superior da Cidade de Aguas Calientes, importante saber que terá uma pequena caminhada, mais pelo valor foi satisfatório e valeu os dias que ficamos na cidade. O café da manhã é bem simples e em um local pequeno. Se for para ficar poucos dias é recomendável.

The gentle gurgling river outside your room will lull you to sleep and then you'll wake up to a lovely filling breakfast then the lovely staff will help you be less clueless about the incredibly confusing logistics of Machu Picchu then you'll go to Machu Picchu and have an unforgettable day. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

El baño es apestoso y huele toda la habitación fatal. Cómo huele tan mal dejan todas las ventanas de la habitación abiertas y cuando llegas está congelada, tuvimos que dormir con el abrigo puesto. Olvidé una prenda que cuesta 200 dolares y en vez de llamarme y avisarme, la tiraron a la basura. Me lo dijeron cuando llamé yo al darme cuenta de que no lo tenía unos días después. Me indicaron que siempre tiraban a la basura las cosas olvidadas y que no se iban a hacer cargo.

I was looking for a safe, cheap and clean place to stay overnight (unplanned) before my visit to Machu Picchu and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. Samananchis is right next door to the hot springs pools and a beautiful waterfall walk. While I waited for my room to be ready, I left my bag, went next door to the entrance gate and paid a small fee, then hiked up to the waterfall, enjoying a sculpture trail, wildlife, and incredible views. Unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy a dip in the natural hot springs but loads of other people were loving it! The hotel is a bit of a hike up the hill from the bus depot, but well worth it as the river below will help you drift off to sleep each night. This is a family-run place which was so nice, and everyone was extremely helpful and didn't mind my terrible Spanish. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, the included breakfast was generous and delicious, and the location is amazing for the price. I wish I could have stayed another night here. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely safe and welcome. The bed was very comfy too! Gracias!

Muy cómodas las habitaciones, las camas son perfectas con sus tendidos y fabulosas almohadas. Muy cerca de las termales para relajarse después de la larga caminata. También, muy céntrico para ir a comer algo.

Habitacion còmoda, buen desayuno desde muy temprano. Personal amable, te ayuda con algunos consejos. El hotel no es muy cercano a la parada del bus, hay que caminar cuesta arriba por unos 5 a 10 minutos.

Decidí hospedarme en el hotel con mi familia porque queda cerca a los baños termales, pero no imaginé que queda super lejos a la parada de tren y es en subida. Primera día: recepción no coordino el recojo para ayudarme con mi equipaje el día que llegamos, no tenía presión de agua y no había agua caliente. Sus empleados no tienen trato con los clientes, dan información errada. Habitación en pésimas condiciones, paredes sucias y falta de mantenimiento en la habitación, no hay buena limpieza, telarañas en las esquinas de las ventanas. En el baño falta mantenimiento, ducha mal ubicada, el piso del baño termina súper mojado, solicite una toalla de piso y fue rechazado por recepción ocasionando al día siguiente un accidente con mi pequeña que resbaló en el baño al salir de la ducha. Tenía coordinado hospedarme 3 noches pero por su mala atención decidí retirarme antes y tuve que bajar mis maletas sola. No recomiendo este hospedaje, es el peor! Horrible experiencia 😔
