Nos alojamos en este hotel 1 noche después de la visita a Machu Pichu. Está situado a las afueras de Aguas Calientes en un entorno verde que aísla completamente del exterior, creando un ambiente muy relajante. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El servicio es excelente. En nuestro caso nos concedieron gratuitamente un late check out para poder utilizar la habitación hasta la hora de salida de nuestro tren.

We stayed here for one night on our two day excursion to Machu Picchu. The hotel was extremely clean and well run. The restaurant was fantastic and overall a solid experience.

Beautiful hotel with extensive lush grounds. Great place to stay if you are visiting Macchu Piccu or just want a relaxing stay in a charming Andean town. Wonderful food onsite. Charming rooms with working fireplaces. Excellent service. I wish our stay would have been longer. You won’t be disappointed.

El lugar está limpio y los cuartos son excelentes. La atención del personal es osca y no tienen una buena comunicación ,el host dice una cosa q contradice lo que alguien más del equipo. La comida es normal, nada espectacular y a excepción de las pastas, las porciones son casi pequeñas, en cuanto a bebidas, sólo incluye el agua natural y té , lo demás tiene costo adicional. La luz tiene horario, ósea que la cortan 2 horas x el día y después de las 10:00 pm para volver a las 5:00 am. En cuanto al checkout, sin importar la hora del vuelo, y el horario para hacer el checkout, lo acomodan a su conveniencia y no a la del huésped pues es necesario salir del hotel en su transportación en agua lo q permite un abuso y de no acomodarse a sus horarios y pedir salir a la hora del check out estipulada x ellos, cobran sumas exorbitantes (100us) x un traslado q costaría 80 soles lo que en us serían 23us. Los guías de los tours son espectaculares pero en lo q respecta al personal del hotel deja demasiado q desear
