Nuestra estadía en Gringo Bill's Boutique Hotel fue cómoda, gracias a su buena ubicación en Aguas Calientes, Perú. Sin embargo, hubo algunos detalles que no cumplieron con nuestras expectativas. Por un lado, el desayuno fue regular en cuanto a variedad de productos, considerando el precio del hotel. Además, nuestra habitación contaba con televisión, pero sin señal de cable o streaming, lo que limitó nuestra entretenimiento. También echamos de menos un frigobar y aire acondicionado. En resumen, aunque el hotel es cómodo y bien ubicado, creemos que algunos servicios podrían mejorar para justificar el precio. Recomendamos considerar estas observaciones al planificar tu estadía en Gringo Bill's Boutique Hotel."

○ quarto era ótimo porém o chuveiro não esquentava sendo que estávamos na estação de inverso. Na noite que chegamos o chuveiro não esquentava então não conseguimos tomar banho depois de um dia inteiro de viagem. No dia seguinte de manhã eu consegui tomar banho quente mas meu pai não, apenas morno. Pedimos para trocar de quarto para conseguir ficar mais confortáveis mas falaram que não era possível. Não recomendo o hotel

O hotel é muito bem localizado, chuveiro maravilhoso, quarto e cama grande porém os edredons estavam com bastante poeira e o quarto com cheiro de mofo, café da manhã muito bom e é servido desde às 5h da manhã que foi ótimo para nós que íamos a Machu Picchu às 7h, para quem se incomoda com barulho não recomendo porque fica bem próximo a praça que pode ser um defeito ou qualidade dependendo de quem se hospeda!

Honestly, very poorly managed. They have no drinking water available after hours, I almost died of thirst in the middle of the night because you can’t drink tap here. Nobody at the front desk, and the water fridge was locked!!!! No TP in rooms. Zero amenities available that were shown on website. It’s a RIP OFF! Clerk was unable to assist in simple advice like where the bus station is etc… Elevator broken and they put me in the very top floor. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere. Gringo bill, you should look out for your fellow gringos better.

Very rustic, no toilet paper, swimming pool and hot tube were out of order and it was sooo loud it was horrible and kept us all night before our hike to Machu Picchu , it was horrible ! I would never stand here again, it wasn’t even clean ! No hot water !

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación, muy práctico para la visita al Machu Picchu. Las personas de recepción y del desayuno MUY amables. Las habitaciones están bien, ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Cumplió con las expectativas. Buena relación precio-calidad. No recomendable para personas con dificultad para escaleras (solicitar habitaciones de fácil acceso).

this is a very nice and cosy hotel in Aguas Calientes - very close to the mail square, rooms are big, beds are comfortable, location and the view from the balcony is very nice, bathroom is modern and functional, breakfast is very tasty and varied, staff at the reception very friendly and helpful.

Localização perfeita, perto da praça. Bom atendimento, bom café. Otimo quarto. Cama extra gigante. Chuveiro maravilhoso.guardaram nossas bagagens para o passeio a Macchu Picchu e passaram orientacoes para pegar o onibus. Excelente Internet
