マチュピチュの駅からも歩いてすぐで食事買い物にも便が良い。外の喧騒とは異なりホテルのホールに入った時から落ち着いた感じで安心できる。チェックインもスムーズ、食事の案内なども分かりやすく短時間にしっかりと必要な事を伝えてくれて、慣れた感じの印象で安心できる。部屋も清潔で十分な備品もあり快適。次にマチュピチュに来る時にも必ずこのホテルを予約すると思う。

The location is very good, and there is free lunch or dinner, which is very good. The room facilities are average, but I guess it is already a very good presence in the local area. Overall, it is still very good.

We only spent one night here, but El Mapi provided all we needed for a good stay in Agua Calientes. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable and the hotel is centrally located with restaurants, the market and the bus stops to Machu Picchu just minutes away. We had a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant and there was a wide range of tasty options for breakfast. With friendly, helpful staff this is a great place to stay in Agua Calientes.

Neighbors blasted unacceptably loud music with clearly drunk people yelling and singing loudly on a microphone at 11 pm. Filed multiple noise complaints with the front desk who promised to contact the authorities, but we did not hear back and neither did the noise stop. It was so loud we cannot sleep even with earplugs and shutting all the windows. Bathrooms did not have a place to put soap inside the shower; had to put it on the sink then reach out. The bathroom also didn't have ventilation so the moisture gets trapped in there all day (we couldn't just keep the door open because the hotel instructed us to not throw any toilet paper in the toilet, meaning yes, even the poop stained tissue paper goes in the bin and stinks up the whole bathroom). The front desk was not accomodating at all. They supplied only 1 key when I checked in and when I requested another one for my companion they told us they had no keys (which was clearly false because we saw another guest come in and ask for a key when they got locked out and they got one promptly).

The hotel is nice enough. It’s super busy all the time as Machu Pichu is similar to a ski resort, it’s a small place with large groups coming and going. The one issue is the noise, both from the street and from the hotel bar. The way the hotel was built means there is space on the sides between the main building and the elevator shaft (but hard to explain) which lets in loads of noise. I asked the reception team when I stayed and they acknowledged it was noisy and apologised but there wasn’t much they could do. But as I say it’s a nice place for one night, it’s clean, the breakfast is good.
