The service staff is very good and friendly. There are staff at the 24-hour counter to help solve problems. The location is very good. The hotel is right after getting off the train. I think the train will only vibrate slightly and make no sound.

This is a lovely hotel very near to the train station with lots of restaurants next to it. Its also very conveniently to go to the bus station up to the citadel. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us get a really good guide for our visit to the incan city. Highly recommended

The service is great. The black tea we receive when we welcome guests is very delicious. The waiter is very enthusiastic. I ask him to make fresh black tea for me every day. When we leave the store, he also helps us unpack our suitcases and deliver them to the station. The service is very good👍
