性價比不高，有接車服務，走路感覺有點遠，雖然小鎮不大，可以找車站附近的，走路在倆分鐘左右的更好，尤其行李多。這裏海拔低

I put the do not disturb sign on the door. At about 9am the maid walked in while I was not wearing pants. I went to the front desk to tell them. They said sorry and shrugged. I told them it is not OK that a maid goes into a room with a do not disturb sign on the door.
I then went out for only 1 hour with the sign still on the door. When I came back, the maid had been in my room AGAIN!!
Again I went to the front desk to tell them and they could not give me an answer as to why the maid went into my room for a 2nd time with the do not disturb sign still on the door.
I felt violated and unsafe.
Do not stay here if you want any kind of privacy in your room, the maid will just let herself in while you are naked and no one will care or do anything about it

Es un hotel moderno con grandes habitaciones y amplio baño. El descanso es excelente. La ubicación sobre la peatonal es adecuada pues hay numerosos comercios y restoranes a corta distancia. El desayuno es correcto. El hotel esta a corta distancia caminando para llegar a la parada de bus para ir a Machu Picchu

Es buena. Pero el baño mojo con el uso de la tina y fue un lío. No hacen limpieza a menos que lo pidas. Personal no es tan amable, no son groseros pero no se distinguen por tener una linda atención

I do not recommend this property. All three rooms my group booked smelled strongly of mold, with visible mold in the bathrooms and on the walls. Even worse, our room keys could open each other’s rooms — a serious safety concern.
We raised these issues with the manager, who showed little interest in addressing them. We ended up checking out two days early due to the conditions, but the hotel refused any refund or compensation.
I’m a seasoned traveler and not picky, but this was beyond acceptable. The property has potential, but guests should be warned about the current state and lack of basic standards for health and security.

The main disappointments were: no hot water; the hotel room key unlocked other hotel rooms; black mold detectable by sight and smell. Checked out two days early due to poor response from management about duly reported legitimate concerns about my personal health, safety, and comfort.

The hotel was amazing, very hospitable, made sure our stay was comfortable. They have breakfast on the property along with heaters and fans. It's right next to the river and the terrace has breathtaking views. I will recommend everyone to stay here.
