Hotel simples que oferece uma boa experiencia. O quarto é ok, a área de café da manhã também, inclusive os itens oferecidos. Gostei muito do fato de oferecerem café, chás e água gratuitamente na recepção. A localização é boa, embora tenha que subir um bom tanto desde a estação de trem.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la habitación asignada era pequeña pero suficiente para las pocas cosas que llevamos (1 carry on y 1 mochila). El problema que le notamos al hotel es, que tiene un espacio abierto a lo largo de todos los pisos, por lo que la bulla de las personas sentadas en la primera planta, se escuchaba en las habitaciones de nivel superior. Cabe destacar la calidad de los empleados del hotel, en la recepción y en el restaurant, muy atentos y dispuestos a solventar las necesidades. Los felecito.

Very nice hotel close to everything. The room was comfortable. The hot water was hot, the cable tv worked great and the service was very good. Breakfast was also very complete. In general a great stay at an affordable and convenient hotel with great service.

Hotel con un staff increíblemente atento. Un hotel simple, limpio con desayuno buffet simple pero muuuuuy rico. El wifi no llega con buena señal a pisos superiores. En el lobby del hotel, supuestamente debe haber staff 24/7 pero cuando llegamos al check in (16 horas), tardaron 5-10 minutos en aparecer alguien.

Tuvimos una estadía agradable.Gracias al personal de recepción fuero muy amables en todo momento. Las hab limpias cómoda todas las comodidades .No nos hizo nada de frío .la pasamos súper en el hotel . Muy cerca de la estación de tren y el mercado artesanal

cet hôtel est très agréable, avec de belles chambres et est idéalement placé proche de la gare et également des navettes pour le Machu Picchu. Belle chambre pour moi, sans vue mais au moins au calmeet petit-déjeuners très corrects

Aguas calientes es un lugar para descansar antes o despues de la subida a Macchupicchu. EL hotel como tal cumple su funcion. Limpieza impecable, cerca a lugares para comer y comprar, habitaciones insonorizadas... y la atención esmeradisima del personal. Muy agradecidos con Melisa y Michael. Por la mañana estabamos tan exhaustos de la jornada anterior que decidimo renunciar a bajar al desayuno incluido en el alojamiento, pero tuvieron la gentileza de llevarlo a nuestra habitacion. Muy contentos con haber llegado a este lugar.
