Gostamos muito das camas (largas e confortáveis), da qualidade e força da ducha do banheiro e da localização do hotel. Nosso ônibus para Machu Picchu saiu de um local bem próximo. Ah, minha prima esqueceu o kindle dela dentro do quarto e eles guardaram pra ela. Recomendamos bastante!!

El ruido en las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle es ensordecedor. Las ventanas son frustrantes ya que parece que las tienes abiertas, no aislando sonido alguno. Es más, llegan a vibrar del ruido de la calle. Resulta imposible conciliar el sueño para poder descansar, incluso, con tapones auditivos y, tras comentarlo con la recepción, manifiestan que están completos. Quizás sea cierto pero la verdad es que tampoco han puesto mucho interés en ofrecer una solución.

Las habitaciones están bien y la ubicación también lo que no nos gustó fue que el desayuno sea tan pobre, además había mucho ruido en la madrugada y la verdad es que la atención del staff tampoco fue buena o amable, por estos motivos no disfrutamos de nuestra estadía.

I love the location. It was very close to the train. I thought it was going to be noisy because it's right next to the market stalls but they all shut down by 9:00 p.m. We had our room facing the river and it was beautiful and the rushing water created such a wonderful White noise you couldn't hear the noise coming from down the street. Cesar was warm and welcoming and so helpful. And patient, teaching me more Spanish. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were good quality and soft. There was a good mix of food for breakfast. All in all good value for money.

La atención del personal fue muy buena y amable , nos ayudaron con indicaciones y recomendaciones, el desayuno es muy bueno,la ubicación es perfecta ya que está cercana a muchos puntos de interés como el mercado artesanal , es de fácil acceso.

Nos hospedamos una noche para poder visitar el Machu Picchu, la ubicación es excelente esta agencia dos cuadras de ambas estaciones de tren y en frente a la parada de micros para ascender el Machu picchu. La habitación era cómoda y ofrecían todo el tiempo infusiones de coca entre otras para sobrellevar la altura. El desayuno es muy pobre pero no deja de ser una buena opción para hospedarse. Te guardan las mochilas para que no tengas que cargar todo el recorrido y ofrecen baño para cambiarse a su regreso del tour. Lo recomiendo
