Very bad. In the middle of the check-in, a person did not knock on the door and directly swiped his card to come in twice. Once in bed, once in the shower. I went to the front desk and asked that it was their boss, and it wasn't the first time that they had done this. They couldn't do anything about him either. ******, you must not come to live here.

Fueron muy amables al recibirnos, el hotel está muy cómodo, bien ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y la calle principal para salir a comer. Sirven un desayuno rico, ideal antes de empezar el tour. Si volvemos a Machu Picchu seguro nos volveremos a hospedar ahí

hotel super bem localizado, perto das estações dê ônibus, trem, lojas e restaurantes. Bom atendimento e café bem completo e saboroso, te perguntam na noite anterior o tipo de omelete,suco etc. Guardam malas e mochilas sem taxas. Possui elevador. Único porém é que reservamos pelo Booking e no momento de acertar tinha 5% a mais se fosse cartão de crédito ou débito. Daí pagamos em espécie mesmo. Super recomendo, os aptos com vista sao os melhores, muito amplos. Tem frigobar e banheira.

Nos recibieron muy bien , el ambiente del hotel muy agradable. La habitación muy bien ambientada y la decoración de la cama genial con los cojines tejidos de la región así como los rodapies con colores muy bonitos . Jheison nos dio muy bien las indicaciones y nos atendió muy amablemente. La habitación tiene muy bien todos los espacios

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Victor Hugo went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He met us at the train station to walk with us the short 5 minute walk to the hotel. This hotel is right in the heart of Machu Picchu. Our room was room #500 and it overlooked the river. We could also see the line for the bus to Machu Picchu. So convenient and close to everything!

Hotel bem localizado e excelente. Perto da fila que pega os onibus para ir a Machu Pichu. Acomodações muito confortável e possui sabonete líquido, shampoo, condicionador e secador de cabelo. O café da manhã bem farto e de qualidade, com omelete, sucos, pães, croassaint ..

Une pure merveille!!! De l’arrivée à la sortie, que des bonnes surprises!!! Après le trek du macchu picchu on a vécu le JAya comme une récompense de notre aventure andine: jacuzzi dans la chambre, vrai pdj,… Au top, tout simplement. Difficile de faire mieux!

Precioso hotel. Muy buena ubicación. Hermosa decoración de la habitación. Limpieza absoluta. Espectacular el lugar para desayunar. Personal muy amable, entre otros el Sr. Víctor Hugo. Muy recomendable. Quizás mejoraría el cerramiento entre el dormitorio y el baño y el funcionamiento de la caja fuerte.
