I'm basically a permanent guest and can't give a bad review here. This time the water in the bathtub was dark in color. The reason is installation work. Unfortunately the bars on the beach were also closed. This time I only ordered large coffees in the hotel bar.

The location is great. An 8 minute walk from the beach. Very close to lots of restaurants. The accommodations are comfy. The a/c worked well. The view out the balcony was nice. Staff kept the room tidy throughout our stay. Water pressure and heat were great. Some of the furnishings were dated or scuffed but the apartment was clean. Kitchen has a stovetop and plates and cutlery. Rooms had a safe, but we had to ask for a physical key at the main desk.

Hotel con unas posibilidades increibles, tiene muy buen potencial, sitio y ubicación, personal, posibilidades. Pero se encuentra muy deteriorado, conductor de aire viejos y polvorientos, el agua de la bañera sale amarilla, necesita un repaso de mano de obra, potencial tiene, lo que necesita es un repaso para ser excelente.

We have a house in the hills in Spain and wanted a few days away by the coast but didn't want to spend too much money. Booked this hotel and we were both very pleased with it, room was spacious and very clean. Had cooking facilities if you needed them. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great cafe below for very cheap breakfasts coffees fresh orange juice. Great area everything in walking distance. Lovely rooftop pool with sunbed and seating area. We really enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Viendo los comentarios de los "clientes" pensamos que era buena opción, pero nada más lejos. (Seguramente serán comprados). Ahí va nuestra experiencia: La cocina super pequeña y tienes 1 sartén y poco más para cocinar. Además la persiana de la cocina rota y no nos la cambiaron hasta el día que nos fuimos de la habitación. La habitación oscura, al fondo de todo, sin ventilación. El aire acondicionado antiguo y si a eso le sumas que hace muchísimo calor en la habitación hace que no puedas relajarte en condiciones ahí dentro. Las vistas, no son vistas porque tienes 2 filas de placas solares por delante. La cuna para bebés sucia y vieja, el colchón vencido. El niño no podía dormir ahí dentro.La habitación en general todo sucio (con humedades en los techos), antiguo y huele mal (tuvimos que comprar un ambientador y no con esas se iba el mal olor). La ducha se autoregulaba sola, un auténtico coñazo. Y NO RECOMIENDO para nada el uso del parking, pagas 9€ y las plazas son super pequeñas. En resumen, parece un hostal pero te cobran como un hotel de 5 estrellas. Te gastas un dinero SOLO en el alojamiento (porque no incluye nada de dietas) y encima no puedes descansar en tus vacaciones. Me siento estafada.

The Aparthotel is well situated in a quiet area and near to the beach. Our apartment, which had a balcony with sea view, was comfortable and clean, although the kitchen was rather small. I found the reception staff friendly and obliging and we were able to park in the street behind the aparthotel.
