The hotel has lovely setting in the port of Aguadulce and it was nice to have a room that gave you a view over the marina. Our room was good having paid for the best one. Nice shower with an overhead and handheld spray to cover all needs, novel window wall of the shower enclosure which is alongside the bed. Nothing of detail can be seen by the person in bed but a shadow outline. Parking is available which is why I chose this hotel, but they neglect to say there is a €15 per day charge until they send you a message the day before you arrive and after you have booked and paid. Breakfast was not worth having and not very appealing.

Another lovely stay at the Moon. Nice view over the harbour. Very comfortable spacious room. Great outdoor space with a canopy perfect for keeping cool. Pool very good but not very comfortable sun loungers. We enjoyed the croissant & tostadas for breakfast delicious orange juice. The staff are all so friendly and helpful & work really hard to make your stay good. The cleanliness around the hotel spotless . The only negative is loud business people on conference calls when you can hear both conversations when you are trying to enjoy a drink. This seemed to be frequent. However lots of other lovely bars to go to.

Splendid location, absolutely immaculately clean, friendly staff, lovely Spa. Some great restaurants around the harbour and the beach a 5 minute walk. Great value for money, we did have a sea view room which was great, bathrooms very modern and great double shower. Thank you

We booked this hotel in England and they said pay on arrival. When we got to this hotel, they wouldn’t accept our euros. We’ve been looking forward to this trip for a long time and needed a spa vacation . They refused us on arrival, even though we had the money. I’m absolutely devastated. It’s ruined my holiday. We had to spend five hours driving around find a resort. We found one for one night and then had to find another for the rest of our holidays. We’re a couple and we’re now in a kids resort, which is my worst nightmare !!!! You ruined my holiday! Avoid this hotel!

Gran hotel situado en el mismísimo puerto de Aguadulce, cerca de la zona más vibrante de la ciudad, habitaciones muy limpias, amplias y cómodas, con lo básico para pasar unos buenos días junto a la playa, muchísimos amenities, es un hotel muy grande y con muchas opciones de hospedaje, si vas para un finde no te sale rentable coger desayuno buffet, es bastante caro, mejor ve al restaurante del hotel dan un desayuno mejor y más barato, el único problema que le vi es el acceso al hotel, el parking del puerto siempre lleno, si avanzas un poco más de los aparcamientos, habrá un parking más barato, en resumen, hemos estado muy bien en el hotel Moon, muchas gracias a Vanessa, la recepcionista que nos ayudó desde el momento de la reserva, muchas gracias a todos por todo.

Estamos ahora mismo en el Moon, nada más llegar nos han recibido maravillosamente en recepción ( Sra. Cornelia), la habitación, que hemos escogido con terraza, és una maravilla, con buenas vistas, bonita, acojedora y muy limpia. Muy a gusto que nos encontramos aquí. Lo recomiendo
