A very good hotel with very nice scenery. You can see the ancient Greek temple on the top of the mountain in the distance. The service is also very good. The hotel is located far away from the city center, so I can only stay in the hotel at night and have dinner at the hotel. The dinner experience is very good. The breakfast is very rich and of good quality. It is recommended not to miss breakfast. The basic room I booked was very small and I could barely fit my travel suitcase in, which was a bit disappointing. Since a hotel is built in such an empty place, even the basic room types are too small, and the proportion of basic rooms is very high, which will compromise the accommodation experience and affect the overall image of the hotel. In short, the room is 7 points, the environment is 9 points, the dinner is 9 points, and the breakfast is 10 points!

Absolutely amazing experience staying at the Doric, everything is top notch. I stayed last year and had to return. Enzo has a fabulous team and we found service to be excellent all around from all the staff we spoke to. Our room was lovely with beautiful views of the Giuno temple. Impeccable cleanliness and room cleaned daily. There’s a great selection for breakfast, lots of local specialties including the pistachio pecorino cheese which I love, good selection of pastries and marmalades made from all the locally grown fruit. There’s an easy menu for lunch if you want a lighter lunch or you can choose from the main menu. I recommend the traditional Sicilian pane cunzatu, a fresh bread filled with sun dried tomatoes, anchovies and local cheese. Main Dinner menu is pure quality, we absolutely loved the octopus dish and the fresh pasta with grated Sicilian truffle , my go to desert is the pistachio telamone, a desert shaped like the mythological hero! Would I return to Doric? 1000% YES

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Eco Boutique Doric. Der Bungalow ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Mit einem eigenen Pool und einer Terrasse mit Meerblick, umgeben von einem Kräutergarten und Weinreben, bietet er alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Restaurant Ambrosia ist ein Genuss für Feinschmecker, und das Servicepersonal ist äusserst freundlich und professionell. Ein herzlicher Dank geht an Enzo und sein Team für die wunderbare Zeit – wir freuen uns darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

il Doric non è una semplice struttura ricettiva immersa nella natura dell'agrigentino ma un concept, uno "stile di viaggio nel viaggio"...è un connubio tra bellezza, semplicità e ricercatezza, relax, raffinatezza, cura nei dettagli...al Doric ogni cosa, staff compreso, non è mai lasciato al caso per dare agli ospiti il massimo. . Ho scelto questa meta per staccare completamente dalla routine essendo il Doric immerso nella natura e dotato di diverse tipologie di sistemazione, tra cui, le camere con piscina a sfioro con vista Valle dei Templi. Il silenzio e la privacy delle sistemazioni permettono all'ospite di potersi godere ogni momento della giornata. Al Doric è possibile farsi coccolare da una buonissima e freschissima colazione (ho adorato la versione siciliana), bere un ottimo drink al bar in piscina, fare un aperitivo panoramico vini eccellenti) o cenare all'Ambrosia Restaurant, altra chicca all'interno del Doric. Il personale è molto attento, gentilissimo ed il servizio pulizia impeccabile e super curato. Suggestiva la Doric farm ed interessanti i prodotti a km 0 prodotti dalla stessa.

Doric Eco Boutique Resort & spa è un ottimo posto dove trascorrere momenti di armonia e relax in tutto grazie ad una struttura sostenibile e attenta all’ambiente, pulizia e prodotti d’eccellenza e una super attenzione da parte del personale. We had an absolutely lovely stay at Doric Eco. Our room was lovely, the hotel grounds are gorgeous, and the service was incredible! We loved the pool and the breakfast was amazing too. The staff was so friendly and prompt to answer all of our questions. Salvatore was the best and helped us numerous times. We will be back!
