Hotel Taj Heights

After staying at this hotel, I have serious doubt about those who left the review. Cityview... first room cityview was wall of next building fully covering the windows and within 30 cm reach. 2nd room was much better because the wall of the building was still blocking all the view but it was out of reach. Shower no warm water, reported it and he answered with give me 30 min, after that i never heard anything back. On second day i reported it again, the repair was someone who walked with me to the room to ascertain the issue, then called the servicedesk. After that all I got the folllowing...wait for 2 or 5 of 10 minutes.... I did and unfortunately still no warm water. The sink was also broken. In the room I also smelled some smoke, I don't think the ventilation of hotel is working properly. Bedsheets are probably not properly cleaned, cause there were some stain and bit yellowish.

Worst experience i ever had from my all stays staff is also not co-operative there is toiletries and other things in the rooms and the so called deluxe room is one of the bad ones. Pillows and bedsheets are filthy as much. There is no cleaning. When i complained to the staff they said this is the room. And you can do whatever you want with it. Accept or move. And when i ordered coffee, they delivered to another room and when i called again they said sorry sir we have to make another one. All the good thing that they have is nice and clean reception thats all although the gating staff is nice and polite

A wonderful experience staying this great hotel. The staff were so helpful in many ways and the hotel itself is beautiful. The room is clean, the breakfast has an amazing choice and the staff are helpful with booking transfers etc. All in all a three star stay at Hotel Taj Heights. We will back again and again. Tha ks to the team and managers.

would suggest to book the hotel car which we were happy about .We stayed at Taj Heights, Agra as a family of four! We were blown away by the arrival experience, and the attention to detail was another level! Every single bedroom had a luxury and which transports you into a timeless awe, the vibe was almost spiritual. Nice Hotel Beautiful Rooms with attached washroom and Front office manger was a very nice guy smiling face 😎. He was express checked in process and. After checked in we enjoy the lunch in rooms here is room services was free of cost . Awesome food and so tasty love it 👌. One of the best Hotel in Agra. Recommended.
