Right from entry till departure from the hotel, it was fantastic. Service, Food, Rooms, everything was perfect. The dinner buffet was too good.

The hotel is good overall with helpful staff taking care of all your needs. But the problem is that the hotel is in a dire need of maintenance.
Pros
1). A decent hotel at an affordable price.
2). Helpful staff taking care of all your needs.
3). Yummy food at the in-house restaurant.
4) Convenient location close to the Taj Mahal East gate entrance and the Taj East gate metro station.
Cons
1). The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. Even the furniture and all the paint needs to be upgraded.
2). The room was still dirty when we reached, which was a put off.
Overall, the hotel is decent but I think you can get a bit better by paying a little more elsewhere.

Rooms are very small. very old and non maintain property. typical smell comes in room. very old fashion room. towel are other stuffs are old and dirty.

Neatly maintained and helped in providing little extended late checkout which helps a lot. Place is close to taj mahal you can take an auto and reach in 5 mins

Room size is ideal for caged animals. whichever temperature you select in the AC you would get hot air blast. none of us could sleep the entire night, including my wife and aged mother in law. think twice before booking.
only positive is the friendly attitude of the staff. thats all there is to this hotel.
