A used room was given to me when i complained then they provided me with another room in which there were a lot of bugs. They didn't provide me with mineral water, dental kits, saving kits, and comb. In breakfast only poori bhaji and cold poha was there where there was no maintenance of the higine all cups and plates were too dirty. His one staff touching the toilet sheet and without washing the hand provide me towel etc. Note- not recommended to any one

Pathetic stay - i called them to get my room ready as i will check in at evening still it was not ready, have to wait for 45 min, secondly - no water bottle no tv, no shower, very very small washroom, and this was not with me there were 3/4 people complaining for one or other thing, world recommend other hotel to everyone

Hotel in good location. Easy to reach there because every auto driver known this property. Comes in my stay it was fabulous stay. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Bed sheet are clean and hygienic. Behaviour of staff was good. Foods are good. Iam a traveller so my point of view this hotel was great for stay.

Shilpa Dey from reception at check in was helpful, attentive and hospitable.she came across as friendly and focused on resolving any issues we had. Her team was directly helpful in arranging transportation. plush bar had a great selection of drinks, adequate snacks..thank to her team ,our stay was memorable and comfortable.

Hotel itself is in poor condition, need a complete makeover. Staff was nice but could not make up for stinky corridors and expired furniture.
