Immer wieder, Landschaft zum träumen
Erneut wieder im traumhaft gelegenen Collina d.Oro Resort abgestiegen. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach Mystisch, Spa Facility und Gym genial. Das Morgenbuffet könnte eine Spur besser präsentiert sein, dennoch die Qualität ist topp.

Unacceptable! Cigar Smoking at Breakfast...
Our recent stay at this so-called 5-star hotel was a complete disaster, all thanks to the outrageous allowance of cigar smoking during breakfast. It’s absolutely baffling that any hotel, let alone one claiming to be of high caliber, would think it’s okay to let guests light up cigars in a communal dining area.
The experience was made even worse by the appalling attitude of the staff. When I initially complained about the unbearable smoke, the waiter casually dismissed my concerns, acting as if I was overreacting. When I persisted, he had the audacity to say, “If I work here and have to deal with this daily, so can you.” Seriously? This level of disregard for guest comfort and health is inexcusable.
The entire breakfast was ruined. The air was thick with smoke, making it impossible to enjoy the food or even breathe comfortably. The smell clung to our clothes and hair, making us feel sick for the rest of the day. I can't believe I spent so much money to be treated so poorly and subjected to such a toxic environment.
Avoid this place if you care at all about your health and comfort. This is far from a luxury experience—it's more like a nightmare. We won’t be coming back, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless you enjoy breathing in second-hand cigar smoke with your morning coffee.

Eine Woche im Hotel verbracht. Selten hat alles so gepasst wie hier. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und zwar von der Reception über die Kellner bis zum Zimmerpersonal und auch der Hoteldirektor war omnipräsent. Das Zimmer respektive Suite sehr gepflegt, mit einer Kochnische, separate Ankleide und grosszügiges Bad. Die Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Mehrmals im Hotel draussen gegessen, das Essen war vorzüglich, auch der eigene Wein. Am Sonntag gibt es Grill beim wunderbaren Pool. Spa, Fitness und Indoorpool sehr gepflegt und auch das Massageangebot ist sehr gut. Für die Autos steht eine grosszügige Garage zur Verfügung. So, jetzt fertig mit dem Lobgesang, überzeugt Euch selbst vor Ort. Wir jedenfalls gehen wieder hin.

It was extremely loud from a big party and it lasted till past 1am, kids couldn’t sleep at all. Also, complained that the shower smelled like a clogged sewer. If you didn’t close the shower door the whole room would smell. Makes you want to gag and throw up as soon as you walk into the shower.
