This is a beautiful 5 star hotel with superb service. Every staff member has a smile and a positive attitude. Special mention to our waiter from Milan who was really engaging. Sorry we didn't get his name

We traveled to Ticino for a weekend with two children. The welcome was friendly, and we felt well looked after. The kids loved the indoor pool, as well as the playground (sandbox, three swings, and a climbing frame).
The room is spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a fantastic shower.

The reception was very pleasant. The room was excellent, clean, and in very good condition. The restaurant was elegant, beautifully decorated, and the service was very friendly and attentive. One minor criticism was that there wasn't much menu choice. Perhaps there wasn't much to my taste. However, the quality and quantity were excellent. The spa area looked very nicely decorated, with a decent selection of treatments. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare alcuni giorni presso questo hotel. È stata una esperienza eccezionale. Dal momento del mio arrivo, il personale ha fatto di tutto per garantire il mio confort. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e molto pulite. La privilegiata posizione dell’hotel mi ha consentito una rigenerazione totale. L’ampio parco dell’hotel, infatti, si immette direttamente in percorsi trekking semplici, ma davvero suggestivi, è possibile ammirare sia il lago, che le montagne. L’hotel è dotato di un ristorante i cui piatti, realizzati con materie prime di qualità elevata, sono degni di nota. Il personale di sala è accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ho trascorso una vera vacanza di lusso. Non vedo l’ora di tornare ❤️
