The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes drive from the highway, and 20 minutes drive from Malibu Beach. However, the hotel's hygiene is not good. I found that the bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced before going to bed on the day of check-in. The sheets were wrinkled and there were hair on them. The customer service sent new sheets and pillowcases, and I changed them myself. The room is close to the highway and very noisy. The water temperature in the shower room is difficult to adjust, and the water output of the shower head is very small. The overall experience is not good.

The lobby environment is good, the room is clean and sanitary, and the stove and tableware are easy to use compared with similar hotels. The room area is small compared to the housing price. The breakfast is monotonous, and the lobby does not provide free self-service coffee and hot drinks.

Hotel vicino Malibu, in una zona tranquilla è fuori dal caos di LA, con parcheggio e colazione gratuita. Presente inoltre una piscina. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato anche dato un upgrade. Personale gentile e con grande attenzione all’ospite.

Fairly new and excellent facility. Hallways can get a little confusing as there's a conference center in the middle and it's 2 connected hotels, but other than that, great amenities. I really dislike the stoves with the touch-surface controls, which I've seen at other places too, but other than...the nicest TownPlace I've stayed.

Had a great stay last week! Beds were comfortable and staff was great! I want to give a special THANK YOU to David who worked in breakfast area. He made our morning with his smile and great service! Food was good! Thank you David! Pool was great and rooms were clean! We will be back and thank you all!
