Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in pieno relax e ottima accoglienza. Buona colazione e stupenda cena sulla terrazza dell'hotel. Spa da provare molto confortevole. Un particolare ringraziamento a Gaetano per l'assistenza a colazione e cena e ad Assunta per la professionalità e la celerità nel inviare occhiali dimenticati in camera dopo la nostra partenza.

We were very fortunate to stay in the Deluxe Suite. It had a jacuzzi and a whirlpool bath, loads of space, a huge shady terrace and many nice little extra touches. It was beautiful! The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, with plants and gardens well tended. The pool area is very comfortable, with a full bar service and plenty of loungers. The spa area is small but pleasant. We really appreciated the restaurant on the rooftop; lovely food, amazing views and great service. Fantastic breakfast, too - all overseen by the charming and very hard-working Maitre’D, Gaitano. All the reception staff are helpful and welcoming, particularly Assunta. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, which took us a while to realise - but they are very happy to change it for you if you ask. Yep - truly a 5* experience!

We have stayed in the Montecatini Palace many times - this stay rates among the best. The staff are just excellent - superb service from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Very reasonably priced. The addition of the rooftop restaurant this year was a nice surprise. We are there one night, the fillet of beef just amazing - the pasta even better! Gaetano and your team - well done, Gracie Mille and see you next year x

Soggiornare in questo hotel è stata un'esperienza straordinaria sotto tutti i punti di vista. Le camere erano di altissimo livello, confortevoli e arredate con gusto, garantendo un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile sin dal nostro arrivo, con uno staff gentile e disponibile che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La piscina sul terrazzo è veramente notevole, unica pecca, l’acqua della piscina non era pulitissima. Colazione super Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un luogo di charme e relax, dove l'attenzione ai dettagli e il servizio di alta qualità sono sempre garantiti.

My husband and I spent 2 days at this hotel although we paid for three. We ended up leaving a day early to stay at a nearby hotel with a pool and free breakfast and a view. So the positives of this hotel: - the AC - we were there in July so it was HOT - there is a gym. It’s small and for some reason, the AC was not on the 3 days we used it so it was like a sauna, but there is a gym. - relative close proximity to restaurants and beach. Very walkable. Negatives: - COST. Of everything. We ordered 2 coffees to be delivered to the room. It cost 20 euro. - Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room. - no one explained anything to us when we checked in. No how to get on the wifi, no how to call the front desk, no nothing. The check in was very abrupt. - the room was in the lower level of an adjacent apartment building. And it backed up to the train tracks. Fortunately, the trains are not very loud but still, you can certainly hear them - the pillows and the beds - FLAT. Hard. But in all fairness, I can’t say we had soft mattresses or pillows in any hotel we stayed at this trip. - no view Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It was comfortable and met the basics, but way too pricy for what it was.

Un albergo di qualunque livello è meno che mai un cinque stelle non può offrire lo stesso pessimo menù per tutta la settimana di permanenza. Stavo per andare a cenare altrove e mi viene chiesto di dar loro una seconda possibilità. Non può senza aver prima pattuito e senza alcuna mia firma, aggiungere al costo della camera, con trattamento di mezza pensione, 70 € a cena per due. Peraltro camere piccole, lavandino piccolo e senza piano d’appoggio, bidet scomodo perché troppo vicino al vetro della doccia, aria condizionata inutilizzabile in camera. Per accedere al sesto piano esiste solo una stretta e ripida scala, in questo piano si cena e c’è una “piscina” di circa 10 x 5 metri. Molto bravo e disponibile il personale, buona la colazione. .

Very very pretty hotel with gorgeous roof top resto and views It’s a quiet hotel We brought 3 children ( teens ) who understood the customs and culture of this hotel but not ideal for young children given that guests all mostly couples looking for a hidden getaway and seems to be on a quiet retreat The spa was insufficient and had no staff all together so we literally had all the facilities to ourselves used some baths saunas enjoyed the Versace wallpaper but no one was working in the spa We felt we were there alone However it is Great location to thermal springs and main tourist area with other spa services
