Triopetra Luxury Villas Fournou Lago

It was our third stay at the Villas and everything was very, very good. The hosts are both very kind and helpfull. The house is full equipped there is nothing you miss. In the middle of our stay there was a cleaning and change of the towels. From 2000 to 0800 you want hear a car , its very silent. To the beaches you are within 5vmin by car. Also within 5 min you hae a cpl of good Tavernas.

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to for this villa (Villa Stefania). The villa is exceptional. It is spacious and very clean, with a swimming pool that was perfect for our family of five. The views from the villa are phenomenal. You can see the picturesque mountains spreading into the distance. On the other side you can see the ocean, with the sun glistening on the water. We stayed for 2 weeks and each day it was an absolute joy to sit on the balcony, relax and just enjoy the calming views. Triopetra beach is close by and is wonderful. It is enclosed, not overcrowded and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. There is a quintessential Greek taverna on the beach (Taverna Apanemia) which is a must visit. However, the distinguishing feature of this villa is the owners. Stefania and George are truly exceptional hosts. From the initial enquiries to when we left on our final day, they were perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. They have a genuine interest in making your stay relaxing and trouble free. They left plentiful supplies of local food and drink for when we arrived. They even brought cakes, drinks and gifts throughout our stay. George is a true gentleman. I can honestly say in over 20 years of staying in villas throughout Europe, we have never experienced such a warm welcome and heartfelt hospitality. Everything about my 15 days at Triopetra Luxury Villas was superb. My villa was clean and spacious, the water hot, the beds and bedding were great - you name it, it was brilliant. The hosts George and Stefania were incredibly helpful and attentive. In fact, George and I grew to be great friends and we would often drink coffee together. George taught me some basic Greek words which I really enjoyed, and showed me how to make traditional Greek coffee. One night we even ate together at a taverna up the road that George's friend owns which was ace. Triopetra itself is very quiet and very beautiful which suited me perfectly. If you are looking for a busy tourist spot it is not for you! There are some excellent local tavernas serving excellent food, and the local people were amazingly friendly. I will certainly be returning to the Villas and to see my friend George soon. 10/10.

Its our second holiday here, we ae really in love with that place. Its the right place for people which want to stay away from tourist crowds. Both villas are equipped with everything you need. If something is missing Georgios helps you to find it. Its very helpfull to find the fridge filled up with enough stuff to survive the first day. For Shopping we advice Spilli or way better if you arrive via Tympaki the bigone after the Avin gas station there ( Its way better).We are very happy here and can't wait to come back.
