Stay beyond all expectations so much so that we extended our stay by two days. Clean rooms and comfortable bed, super price and above all top breakfast. If it stays like this for the whole season I highly recommend it.

A must in this charming little town. The hotel is well located with a beautiful view at the Rooftop accessible only if you rent the studio. The apartments (suites) also have a beautiful view and great comfort in terms of bedding. This establishment is impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and the breakfast buffet with local dishes is very good. The only downside is the shower curtain in the classic rooms and the suite. The studio has a glass shower cubicle. The welcome is excellent

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war gut. Was wir allerdings sehr enttäuschend fanden, war das Zimmer. Es war leider nicht wie vom Hotel abgebildet und leider nicht sauber! Vor allem das Badezimmer war schmutzig (Wandfliesen, Boden, Fugen, Waschbecken - siehe Fotos). Unser Badezimmer hatte einen Duschvorhang und die Dusche war sehr klein, was das Duschen weniger angenehm machte weil der Vorhang ständig an der Haut kleben blieb. Was noch zu erwähnen wäre: Beim Check-in wurde eine Gebühr fällig von ca. 40€ extra für 3 Nächte (in unserem Fall) für die Nutzung des Safes auf dem Zimmer, dem Kühlschrank und der Klimaanlage und für Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem gibt es keinen Luft und das Treppenhaus ist nicht klimatisiert (evtl. von Interesse bei Gepäck). Wir können das Hotel daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Accueil chaleureux comme partout en crete. Emplacement eloigné du centre (pente) Bruyant en general + Probleme de bruit sur le toit de l hotel . Impossible de dormir. Petit dej moyen (nescafe et jus industriel) Tres mauvais rapport qualite/prix avec booking

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la chambre triple au Rdc, buffet petit déjeuner varié servi dans une salle agréable., chambre spacieuse et très propre donnant sur le jardin. Parking facile dans la rue en ce mois d’avril. Proche restaurant et bord de mer il suffit de descendre.

My family & I have stayed at this wonderful family-run hotel many times over the years. Each year better than the last.... continuous little touches being added. The friendly welcome from the first moment, almost like a home-coming! The hotel & rooms are spotless, bright & fresh with all the necessary modern amenities including minibar & treats!. The beds guarantee a good night's sleep.....so so comfortable. The breakfast buffet till 11 am just gets better and better, endless homemade choices from which to choose from. All the family & personnel are so approachable & always willing to help with anything you might need & give great advice on everything from local tips to excursions on the island. Truly a positive experience and highly recommended..... A home away from home atmosphere here! Everything about this hotel is extremely accommodating and friendly.

Wir waren für eine Woche im Hotel untergebracht und konnten eine Halbpension genießen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal äußerst freundlich und die Verpflegung war spitze. Die 2 Sterne vom Hotel sind meiner Meinung nach zu wenig, es hätte mindestens 3 oder sogar mehr verdient.

Das Hotel befindet sich am Ortseingang von Agia Galini, kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind vorhanden, das Hotel bietet hervorragendes WLAN im Zimmer, die StandardZimmer sind klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, eine kleine Terrasse oder ein wahlweise Balkon sind vorhanden, die Zimmer haben Fernseher, ZDF kann man sehen, das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, es gibt immer kleine griechische Leckerbissen, wer ohne Auto anreist, muss sich keine Sorgen machen, vor Ort hilft einem das Personal & organisiert, einen Mietwagen, das klappt hervorragend 😊, wer mit Auto anreist braucht, sollte man in Heraklion landen, eine gute Stunde bis nach Agia Galini, die Straße ist sehr gut ausgebaut, vom Hotel aus gelangt man in ca 10 Minuten zum Hafen bzw an die Beach, beides sehr schön ausreichend Tavernen und für jedermann Geschmack ist alles dabei, ich freue mich schon auf ein Wiedersehen
