Zeer mooi en verzorgd hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Het uitzicht bij het overheerlijke ontbijt en de kamers met zeezicht is super mooi. De kamer (104) is niet heel groot maar oke. Kluisje en handdoek voor naar het strand is gratis. Prima parking voor het hotel. Een minpuntje was de wifi.

L’emplacement de cet hôtel était idéal entre la plage et le petit port; hôtel très beau et chambre confortable, associé à une équipe adorable! La vue était tout simplement magnifique et l’accueil très chaleureux. Point de départ parfait pour des randos ou des sorties en mer.

Amazing hotel, staff the happiest I believe I have ever come across, smiling with nothing too much trouble. Great views from the breakfast terrace to the front over the bay, breakfast again excellent with approx 40plus items to choose from! continental to bacon and eggs plus cakes etc. The rooms are modern well decorated,tea coffee making facilities, a fridge, plus locking safe. Large airy bathroom with huge walk in shower in our room plus complimentary shower gels,soaps toothbrushes, slippers and bath robes. Air conditioning plus ceiling fan to deal with the heat. Small pool and sun beds to use if required at the front with complimentary beach towels. These and many smaller subtle things throughout the hotel make this a great hotel for a relaxing rewarding stay, Greek 5 star all the way, highly recommended you will not be disappointed.

Das kleine Hotel mit seiner perfekten Lage und dem Blick aufs Meer war mega. Jeder Tag fing mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse an und man konnte die weite Aussicht genießen. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr geflegt und sehr sauber. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Suite war ganz neu uns sehr schön eingerichet. Das Bad sehr modern ausgestattet. Parken vorm Hotel war kein Problem.

This hotel has some amazing rooms with sea view ! We were in the family suite on the 3th floor and the views were absolutely beautiful ! Great room, lovely terrace, good breakfast and the staff was amazing ! We felt very welcome here with our little baby ! You can also relax by the pool and have some good colds drinks. If you leave the hotel you can go 2 directions, to the beach or to the harbour with the cosy streets, restaurants and shops ! I really recommand this place when you come to Agia Galini ! I would definatly come back with my family !

Εξαιρετική επιλογή! Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό!Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο και ευρύχωρο με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι! Ήσυχο με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και χαλάρωση στην πισίνα! 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία!

L'hotel ha una vista spettacolare e la piscina, anche se piccola, permette di goderne a pieno. La posizione è l'ideale, a metà strada tra il centro (10 minuti a piedi sulla destra) e la spiaggia cittadina (5 minuti a piedi sulla sinistra). L'hotel è anche provvisto di un comodo parcheggio gratuito. La camera era molto piccola ma confortevole, se si soggiorna pochi giorni. Sconsiglio tutte le camera al piano terra perché non consentono privacy (sopratutto quelle lato piscina). Noi per fortuna eravamo al secondo piano e siamo stati molto bene. Il personale è estremamente gentile, appena arrivati ci è stato offerto un drink, in camera abbiamo trovato, oltre all'acqua, una bottiglia di vino in omaggio e al check out ci è stato regalato una saponetta di produzione locale. Tutte gentilezze molto apprezzate. La colazione non è pienamente da un hotel 4 stelle (almeno per gli standard italiani) ma è un problema che ho riscontrato anche in altri hotel di Creta (scarsissima la parte "dolce" e non proprio buonissima, molte cose salate ma di qualità dozzinale). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Darei voto complessivo 4,5/5 ma non potendo dare mezzi voti, do 5 stelle per la vista incredibile della terrazza e la posizione.

Great hotels are like great insurance. It is when you need them you assess their response and quality. Managing a family hotel is never an easy experience. We have been demonstrated how dedicated and customer oriented the management of the hotel was. There has been a technical issue at the last minute of our arrival and we had to stay in another hotel for three nights. Technical failure can happen but the hotel without hesitation compensated'us in a way an hotel of such class should do. Once this behind, we are staying two weeks for two junior suite with the family and we couldnt wait to already witness to potential customers how of a good quality the hotel is. Yes' all comments of this hotel are right. Excellent staff' very much doing everything to you without complain or else. High quality rooms with a special mention to the most silencious air co ever experienced. Very spacious' amazing view and great confortable beds which ´ in the end' is really why we are there right ? The cleaning service is absolutely done in a way that you feel passion in it. I cant say thank you enough to the hotel team and staff for the work they have done. Keep on the good work. We stayed only for one night, but still regretting we couldn't stay longer. The hotel location is ideal with a stunning sea view. Located at halfway between the village and the beach is very convenient for moving around without the car. Contemporary design and refined details.
