Room was quite unprepared during my stay. When we reached no one was at the apartment, there were no contact details. Luckily trip app offered free international call for us to contact the owner to unlock.
2 nights in around 10 degrees with no hot water to shower. we informed the owner, it got fixed for awhile but after showering our poor kid there was no more hot water for us. room was dusty and room service only folded the bedsheets every morning, rest of room remains unkept.
the upside was free breakfast, though limited selection, was the highlight of our stay especially for the little one. she enjoyed the pancakes 🥞

Mooi plek een perfecte service, de manager was geweldig. De hote is super schoon met lekkere eten. Je kan snel naar veel restaurants gaan zonder moeite en alles is dichtbij het hotel. Echt highly recommended.

J’ai du annuler mon séjour suite au décès de me mère et ils m’ont encaissé la totalité de la somme. Aucune empathie vis à vis des problèmes clients. J’ai écrit plusieurs fois mais ils ne réagissent pas. Ils n’ont visiblement pas de service client digne de ce nom. Je ne recommande pas.

The accommodation is in a very good and convenient location, close to the town and the airport. In the Stelida area. It has beautiful Cycladic architecture, it is very close by car from the beautiful but very touristy area of Agios Prokopios. It has an excellent view of the town of Naxos! , The negative for us was that we expected to see a comfortable accommodation space as presented on the websites and. as the name Euforia suites suggests. However, we were given a narrow and small room where you could not even put your things. Correspondingly very small bathroom!! There is no price-quality ratio, I do not know if the accommodation has larger rooms that justify the title suites!! The staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast was completely basic and the cleanliness was basic,

The photos presented on the site absolutely do not correspond to reality !!!! This hotel sucks. The rooms are tiny, The bathrooms are about 1.5 m2 There is no room service. The reception is closed most of the day The breakfast is miserable. You have to order from a person who does not speak English, and who does not know what to offer. We had booked 4 rooms with friends for 3 nights, we only stayed in one AVOID ABSOLUTELY
