Peaceful and convenient location, accessible to the heart of Prokopios and phenomenal ocean swimming. Excellent hospitality and a charming view of a field and pomegranate trees from the backside. I stayed a as a solo traveler and loved exploring the multiple little towns along the beach within walking distance.

A few minutes walking from the beach and restaurants. There is a nice pool in the property and A/C in the room, which is great for hot summer days.

Anna's Studios at Agios Prokopios, a really lovely place to stay, book direct as communication with Michaella is great as are her prices, we chose a room with breakfast included, the variety of choice at breakfast really set us up for the day, especially the cinnamon apple cake, but lots to choose from believe me. The pool area is gorgeous and spotlessly clean, fridge with cold soft drinks and Mythos beer at good prices located close by, sun loungers with umbrellas around the pool. We had a modern, clean room with air-conditioning, walk in shower, fridge, kettle, cups and condiments for hot drinks, a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, I especially enjoyed watching Pool Bott, the nickname I gave to the robot pool cleaner who appeared last thing at night and fascinated me whilst chillaxing on the balcony before bedtime x Absolutely brilliant location for the beach and the local shops and taverna's, bus stops close by. Thank you Anna's Studios for a wonderful stay, we will return x

Excellent stay in this hotel! Everything was perfect! The welcome, the room, the swimming pool, the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast... Our hostess Michaella is a very dynamic, smiling and helpful person, it was great! We would like to go back! Thanks again to her for such a pleasant stay!

We stayed as a couple in this very nice property, a stone's throw from the sea and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice, very well-kept and with an excellent daily cleaning service. Worth mentioning is the breakfast which is excellent in quality, very abundant and with a special mention for the homemade cakes. The pool area is also absolutely beautiful. Staff helpful, professional and always with a smile on their lips. Highly recommended.

The structure is perfect. Cleanliness, hospitality, kindness and attention. A minute walk from the beach and all the services, restaurants, markets, shops.. We took a rental car booked directly at a rent car near the studios (there are 3/4). Our studio with kitchenette was large and very clean. The pool is very nice.

We stayed for two nights so served it's purpose. Room was clean, very basic, very old silver tiny TV hung up, AC was available but we didn't need it. They only provided a bed sheet to cover up with so we had to use the towels in the room when it got cold in middle of the night. Breakfast was very basic, nothing fresh and very little choice. Shower was good, had hot water but the toilet had a very bad smell. Swimming pool was nice but not heated. Lady host was friendly and helpful. Location was very close to some restaurants and a beach. Overall not bad for price you pay
